For me it’s “nestled”. I keep seeing it in more and more content. I may be wrong but I don’t remember seeing it all over the place like I do now.

I think “delve” is a pretty big one.

Ensure. Ensure. Ensure. I really dislike that word. It also uses “expertise” and “precision” a lot. I’m not a fan of those words either. On a professional level, they get thrown around way too much and ChatGPT loves to use them.
@Briar
Ensure is a go-to word for me. I’ve always used it a lot in my papers. Good thing I’m out of college now.

In design, that word can cause issues as it implies a much higher standard of care. So I’m often looking to see if ChatGPT sneaks it in.
For me, it’s too many dashed lines. No one writes like that.

I agree! They’re called “em dashes” and I told mine to stop using them lol.

Hahaha I see them in quite a lot of comments here and they’re not disclosing they’re using GPT.

I use them all the time, it’s a habit I can’t shake - even though it annoys me. No one has called me out on it but I know it’s an uncommon style. A comma would probably work just as well, but it just doesn’t feel right when I’m sharing my ideas.
@Devi
Do you use a normal dash or an em dash?

I use it like an em dash is meant to be used, but I’m usually on an iPhone and don’t bother finding the right symbol.

Right, that’s the thing. GPT uses em dashes, not regular dashes. On the iPhone, you have to hold the dash key for a while for the em dash option to show up. Hardly anyone uses em dashes in casual chatting, but I’m seeing a lot of them here these days.
@Keaton
Ahhh gotcha! I’m probably going to start noticing them everywhere now.
@Keaton
What are those meant for?

I actually do use them a lot!
Hi, hope you’re doing well.
