I’ve been using ChatGPT Plus on a monthly subscription, but I didn’t renew it this month. I’m considering giving Gemini Advanced a shot. I’m not into coding, just regular daily use. What do you all think?

ChatGPT Plus is way better than Gemini Advanced. Unless you’re deeply tied into Google’s ecosystem, there’s really no reason to switch. I stick with ChatGPT Plus for its reliability.
What do you think about Claude?
Claude is solid, but its rate limits are a headache. I can’t rely on it during work hours.
I think Claude is the best for coding. However, its rate limit issue is frustrating. Otherwise, it’s great.
Aside from some censorship, Claude is one of the smartest models out there. It’s a bit better than ChatGPT Plus and miles ahead of Gemini Advanced.
Do you think Claude is more censored than ChatGPT?
Both have restrictions, but Gemini is overly sensitive, and Claude is not far behind. However, Claude is at least more nuanced in its responses. ChatGPT Plus strikes the best balance for me.
I’ve been using Gemini Advanced since its release, and honestly, it still feels like an older version of ChatGPT. Between it and GPT-4, the difference is night and day. Claude is okay but has major issues with uploading files and limits on conversations. Stick with ChatGPT for the best experience.
Claude is my favorite for coding, but for everything else, I stick with ChatGPT.
If you feel like doing Google a favor, maybe try Gemini Advanced. Otherwise, I wouldn’t bother.
Thanks for all the input! Seems like ChatGPT is the way to go. I appreciate your insights!
ChatGPT all day, every day!
I pay for ChatGPT Plus, but I’m still not sure if it’s worth it…
It depends on what you need. For images, it’s decent. For breaking down documents, NotebookLM might be better. But for coding, creating charts, or just chatting, ChatGPT Plus is the top choice.
I don’t use it for coding or math. What about Microsoft’s Copilot? Worth switching?
I’ve tried them all, and I always come back to ChatGPT. Gemini feels overly sensitive and flagged me once for asking about a movie similar to American Pie. ChatGPT doesn’t overreact like that.
I use everything—Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot, Perplexity, Claude—you name it. Each one has its strengths, but I personally prefer ChatGPT because it feels like the most consistent and helpful one for my needs.
I use both ChatGPT and Gemini Advanced. Gemini has some nice features, but ChatGPT is better at handling complex projects. If you’re not coding or developing, ChatGPT should suffice.
