I’m building a RAG and big data marketplace called Analytics Depot. Think of it like a place where small business owners can access ready-made AI analytics, kind of like a home improvement store but for data.

Our focus is on real estate, law, finance, insurance, oil and gas, supply chain, e-commerce, and more. We’re not targeting enterprise clients but rather individuals and small businesses.

Key areas we’re working on include:

  • A great user interface and experience
  • Expanding data sources (the more, the better!)
  • Matching the right AI models to specific professions
  • Setting up a payment or token system

We’re also planning to add a marketplace where users can sell their own data pipelines and get paid for them.
