Yeah, I had that happen too… Thought it was my internet acting up. Just refreshed the page a couple times, and it eventually worked. Kinda annoying, though.
Using a VPN like Proton VPN might help. I had this issue and the mod mail told me to try using Proton VPN. Have you tried that?
