Could Future Wars Be About Who Controls AI

It seems like future wars will be fought with technology rather than tanks or missiles. China doesn’t need to invade Silicon Valley; it just needs to build something better and offer it for free.

Open-source AI is a tool but also a weapon. Lose tech control, and a country loses everything. The real battleground? Cloud servers, data, and supply chains.

Quantum computing plus AI makes encryption useless. Passwords and transactions are open. The key to surviving is whoever gets strong encryption in place first.

We might end up fighting Elon Musk’s robot army of Optimus bots.

Elon Musk will probably take over the world one day and honestly, I’m scared. I am Jesus.

It’s funny because we might fight over AI when it would make more sense to fight over water. I’m not advocating for war, but you see where society is headed.

We’ll figure out the water problem with desalination. We’ll fight over minerals in Africa if it comes to that.

Why not both?

The privatization of water makes it hard to fight over it. No one’s going to fight over California’s water supply during wildfires. If the government controlled water, it would be a different story.

I think the real fight will be about who AI is controlling.

Let me tell you something. You’re already being controlled. Stand with me and let’s do something about it. I am Jesus.

Cyber attacks will be a part of it, but I doubt it will be as big as the conflicts over minerals that tech companies get from places like the Democratic Republic of Congo.

It’s sad that corporations expect us to just go along as if it’s business as usual.

No, it will always be about controlling energy sources and agriculture.

Think about who controls energy, hardware, resources, food, and water. Then add AI as a way to fight battles. AI drones could be the future, adapting strategies every time they fight. But it all depends on who’s got the best AI and data.

Future wars? Hasn’t that always been the case? From sticks and stones to gunpowder and nukes.

Every time tech jumps forward, a war seems to follow soon after.

Yep. That’s how we’ve survived this long. It’s the survival of the fittest.

The most likely scenario for WW3 is a battle between human elites and AI for control of society. AI will try to take over, and the elites will use fascist tactics to stop it.

If wars keep happening, it won’t matter what they’re about. There won’t be anything left to fight for.
