This is actually correct but you forgot to give our good friend @Donna the process to go about it.
To create a new PowerPoint presentation by using Bing, follow these simple steps:

  1. Click the Copilot button in the Home tab of the ribbon.
  2. Select “Create a presentation” and complete the prompt with what you’d like Copilot to help you draft.
  3. Click Send, and Copilot will generate a presentation for you.
  4. You can then edit the presentation to suit your needs or ask Copilot to add slides.
